Wear-resistant Tool Steels
Improve efficiency and increased service life can be achieved by selecting the rights steels. We will find the right tool steel for you in accordance with your specific requirements. Depending on the respective applications we can provide hardness up to 62 HRC. We supply in compliance with your dimensions, drawings or diagrams and, on request, will also calibration of your plants on location.
We supply turned parts up to 2000 mm diameter and a length of 4000 mm, made of hardened, wear-resistant steels.

Hard metals refer to sintered carbide metals. Such metals are typified by extreme hardness, wear resistance and very high red hardness. They are therefore used extensively in the hard-facing of tools and parts for cutting, non-cut profiling and frictional attrition. Carbide metal is a composite material.

Wearing parts made of Ceramics
Ceramic materials can be extensively used in the wear and corrosive protection of machines and applications. We use ceramics, for example, to line mills, fluting and chutes. Applying ceramics ensures a cost-effective solution and meets the highest demands on service life of the respective components.
It pays off to use ceramics
